Shenglong specially designed the Pig Trolleys according to the structural dimensions of some specifications of equipment and the actual working conditions on site. The guide rail of the Pig Trolleys is made of galvanized square steel, which is painted for anti-corrosion treatment as a whole. It has good corrosion resistance and anti-rust ability, and can deal with the corrosive corrosion of most pipeline product.

The main functions are realized by three basic parts: lifting platform, traction trolley and hydraulic control system. The lifting platform is driven by the hydraulic system, which can provide a lifting stroke of up to 1500mm and adapt to different pig trap heights on site. The four supports are also incorporated into the hydraulic lifting system. The front and rear pairs of supports are connected in parallel, and can be lifted independently or together. The lifting stroke of outrigger oil cylinder is 650 mm. In addition, Shenglong has improved the design of the pig pushing frame. The position of the pig pushing hydraulic rod in the service center can be adjusted up and down, with a maximum range of 250mm, which is convenient for adjusting the service attitude in the field operation. It is estimated that the maximum thrust of the receiving and serving platform of the hydraulic system developed and designed by Shenglong can reach 20t and the maximum tension can reach 10t.
