Shenglong has been engaged in pipeline inspection business for nearly 10 years, and design and fabricate various ILI tools from 4 inch to 48 inch. In recent years, we have been learning advanced technology, on-site data acquisition and data analysis, and has the ability to independently carry out on-site inspection services（like Cleaning/Geometry inspection/MFL inspection/Mapping）, and the data analysis level has been continuously strengthened. It can complete the analysis of in-line inspection data and submit the pipeline in-line inspection final report.

Shenglong has actively invested in the construction of its own pull test facility by hydraulic driving mode. The ILI tools can be conducted the pull test by simulating the actual running speed (uniform speed and variable speed), and establish the database of defect model. For special flow conditions, such as in the transportation medium containing H2S, Shenglong has a high-temperature and high-pressure vessel for H2S testing, so as to ensure that the ILI tools can work safely and reliably in the transportation medium with high H2S content. Shenglong inspection also has a series of test facilities, which can carry out abrasion test, temperature test, vibration test, etc. The laboratory has obtained the national CNAS certification.

At the same time, Shenglong also carries out external pipeline inspection and oil drilling tool inspection. External pipeline inspection is mainly devoted to the inspection and evaluation of pipeline, maintenance construction and ECDA evaluation of long distance pipeline. In terms of drilling tool inspection, Shenglong has a variety of drill tool inspection equipment, and the accuracy exceeds the requirements of API RP 7G and API 5A5 , which ensures the implementation of the best inspection process, realizes the automatic evaluation system of special oil pipe, and improves the inspection accuracy of the automatic inspection system.
